THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES

THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES

A good friend of mine once opened a new business, he hired a younger cousin to manage the store. Because his cousin didn't follow orders he lost about 20% of his inventory to thieves (not by his cousin, he just got fooled in a scam) and he lost information very valuable to the company in just one week.

This is why, even if you're a small business with no capacity to have a Human Resource Department, at least make sure all of your employees identify with the industry and market being served.
